To Worship or to be Worshipped

There’s a man in Australia who claims to be a reincarnate Jesus and calls his girlfriend a reincarnate Mary. However, he’s not the only one who’s claiming to be Jesus. There’s another man in Russia also claiming to be Jesus. The worrisome part is that people believe and follow these guys.

The whole “human being acting as if their god” doesn’t stop there. If it’s not pretending to be Jesus, it may be some man with a long white beard with long white hair wearing an orange robe speaking non-sense to a crowd. Maybe the non-sense sounds philosophical at first, but if you were to record it and go back and listen to it, it makes no sense at all.

Some of these spiritual teachers speak out ideas that sound legitimate, maybe it’s something simple as letting go of greed or not being obsessed with money or materialism or having a balance in life. But it’s very surprising to see so many people following someone who pretends to be a god, meanwhile the guy might be a perv manipulates women into sleeping with him.

I think that the main lesson here is that human beings can never be god. There’s only one God. Remember in the book of Genesis when the serpent in the garden tempted Eve into eating the fruit from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. The serpent tempted Eve into eating it by telling her that it would make her like god.

For God knows that in the day you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.”

Genesis 3:5

Even in heaven, Lucifer was a beautiful angel who lead the choir of angels. Filled up with pride from the praises of others he thought he can take over God’s throne. Lucifer was thrown down to earth. Thereafter, his name changed to Satan and ate dirt. The book of Isiah in the Bible ushers his former name as “Day Star, son of Dawn.”

Your pomp is brought down to Sheol, the sound of your harps; maggots are laid as a bed beneath you, and worms are your covers. 12 “How you are fallen from heaven, O Day Star, son of Dawn! How you are cut down to the ground, you who laid the nations low! 13 You said in your heart, ‘I will ascend to heaven; above the stars of God I will set my throne on high; I will sit on the mount of assembly in the far reaches of the north; 14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will make myself like the Most High.’ 15 But you are brought down to Sheol, to the far reaches of the pit.

Isaiah 14:11-15

Secret societies like the Illuminati believe in the illumination of man or the exhalation of, as so do Satanist believe that human beings can be their own god.

Maybe we’re not trying to be gods, but possibly wanting to be worshipped, but sadly, humans worship other human beings. A little admiration shouldn’t do any harm, but when it’s taken to a point of worship or idolatry, it starts to become unhealthy. Maybe idolizing a famous person could still be safe being that they’re far out of reach and it’s admiration from a distance. But if you start trying to follow a famous person who’s life is destructive, you might fall into a pit.

Maybe we don’t idolize a famous athlete, singer or actor, but a person who we may think is a symbol of holiness. Then we assume that person to be perfect and whatever he or she says goes. Take for instance the Pope who’s a symbol of religion and holiness, one that speaks to God on behalf of his followers. We may think that since he’s the Pope he’s perfect and never sins. We would be forgetting the fact that he’s still human, meaning he is still tempted and is still capable of being corrupt.

“The heart is deceitful above all things, And desperately wicked; Who can know it?

Jeremiah 17:19

Even televangelist Pastors can be a disappointment. Some may start out with the right intentions, to serve God and serve others, but after all the praise, fame and prosperity can loose their direction and forget about the original purpose for the church. They are still in human flesh living in a world full of temptation and corruption.

It’s important to take a step back and reevaluate. Sometimes the Lord allows certain events to happen to humble us because as human beings, we are incapable or being in a position of worship and not loosing our minds over it. Pride takes over, then the fall happens, just as what happened to Lucifer.

Pride goes before destruction, And a haughty spirit before a fall.

Proverbs 16:18

Putting so much faith in a human being to be perfect, good and walk up right, all the time, can lead to major disappointment or straying into the wrong path. Humans make mistakes, no one is perfect, which is one of the reasons why forgiveness is so important.

Worshipping someone or something to a point that it revolves around your life or makes you dependent on it for your identity can be hazardous. Imagine if that one thing or person disappears, like money or an emotional tie to a person leaves you, you might feel left with nothing. You’re identity is stripped away and you might feel like life is no longer worth living.

Giving one human an immense amount of power can be dangerous if their heart is not in the right place, like the dictators of the world that take away the freedom of the people or even their lives due to their religious beliefs.

Only God, Jehovah, meaning, the great “I Am” deserves the worship and praise of His creation. He’s never been a dictator. He allowed the bad tree to be placed in the garden. Without it, there’s no ability to choose between right or wrong. He doesn’t force anyone to change their ways. Every human being has a choice to repent and follow Him or live for Him. We all have a choice to surrender the control of a situation in our lives to Him. His heart is as the love of a Father with nothing but love and good intentions, even during hard times. He never dies so He will never leave you. Worshipping God is like filling the empty tank in your soul, it replenishes and strengthens.

Never will I leave you. Never will I forsake you.

Hebrews 13:5

What are you worshipping today?

Raising a Generation of Snowflakes

The First Amendment text reads: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

Our first amendment constitutional rights are being taken away from us. How did we get from the Freedom of Speech to censorship? Laws are being passed that prevent us from saying or asking certain words that may offend others. Why is it our job to make sure certain people don’t get offended? Some are being censored because something said was taken out of context. It seems, the government, big-tech and the mainstream media believe that they need to think for us. How did we raise a generation that doesn’t seek truth, but believes what the majority of society tells them?

Certain conservatives are being censored, canceled and demonetized by giant tech companies, having published true stories. One being NTD news, one of the only that showed live videos of many witness to voter fraud. What’s even more terrible is the fact that mainstream media channels like MSNBC are putting out false news trying to make people believe that Biden will bring a more booming economy than Trump, which is nothing but a lie. Look at the stock market, almost all industry sectors have been going down his first week in office. For a President to be so quick to sign 30 executive orders his first three days, it sounds like he’s fulfilling his promises from the green notes. The orders he’s passing, it almost sounds like he wants to hurt this country on purpose. But the mainstream media is making it sound like Biden is doing such a great job. So sad that so many people are being lied to, only to find out the truth later when his poor decisions finally manifest.

Orders are being passed that will prevent us from asking or speaking our mind, we now have to watch what we say to make sure no one is offended. People will get offended no matter how hard you try not to offend, there are just sensitive areas that bring out emotions. Someone’s sensitivity should not turn into another’s responsibility. If someone says something rude about your gender or race, defend yourself with words, not with violence, then shrug it off. It’s not our job to change someone’s opinion. If a biological man believes he’s a woman, why is it our responsibility to support denial? Having heard several stories already from several men struggling with their gender identity or homosexuality, they’ve discovered a connection of their lifestyle with having either no or a horrible relationship with their Father, but when finally loved and accepted, healing came.

Our modern society is no longer about healing, truth and finding the root of a problem. Our solution is to not face it, to deny and censor anyone or thing that would bring focus and attention to it. We come up with words to define and normalize it, following prescriptive drugs. No one wants to dig deep. People have become immune to pain. When words or memories resurface, society is not allowed to speak about it. Our society needs healing. Some of us have come from crazy upbringings and are mentally and emotionally messed up, we don’t even know what healing is.

Although protecting someone’s feelings from getting hurt sounds like a good act, in the long run, we’re adjusting to never facing the fear or the truth. The command of leadership trying to dictate our actions, keeps us frozen, allowing our minds to be controlled and believing that we don’t know what’s best for ourself.

Walking without knowing where to find truth is like walking in the dark with a blindfold trying to find the light switch. Jesus is the light of the world and sheds light on the truth. The Bible reveals the truth about life, our purpose on earth, the imperfections of humanity, the make up inside of all of us that keeps us stumbling ever in need of a savior. Having pride, most want to exalt human kind and deny the Creator. Who knows us better than ourselves than the one who created us?

Liberal versus Conservative

If you watch different news sources, like MSNBC, CNN, Fox News or other, you’ll notice there’s a steering of perspective, a bias created on each story told, focusing on specific details to fulfill a specific agenda that would influence or steer the opinion or thoughts of the viewer. This is not about Democrat or Republican, it’s about Liberal verses Conservative or sometimes called Left versus Right.

If you watch CNN & MSNBC on politics, their narrative on any story favors the liberalism, while FOX NEWS favors conservatism. Republicans are more known as conservatives, while Democrats are more known as liberals, but not to focus on the Party, but the values that liberal and conservatives hold.

Liberals are more progressive with the law, they want to change the foundations of this country, while conservatives value our constitution. God is used in our pledge of allegiance, our coins, and other founding documents. The belief in God is a part of the foundation of this country, as we’ve heard or seen many times, “God Bless America,” or “In God We Trust.” Conservatives would keep this, while Liberals want to abolish it. Liberals supported statues being torn down, while Conservatives emphasized the fact that it’s a part of the history of this nation. History should never be erased, as it can serve as a reminder of the mistakes we’ve made in the past.

Liberals support aborting, or in other words, killing a baby in the womb right before it’s born, while conservatives would not allow it & move towards defunding abortion industries. Currently a part of our tax payer dollars are going towards abortions.

Liberalism is prominent in California as the state now allow tax payers money to go toward the sex change of little children. They’ve reduced the penalty for pedophiles and made child molestation okay if the 15 or older child allows it. Kids at that age, can’t vote, they don’t make big decisions for themselves, that’s their parents job. This is what happens when you have a liberal leader.

Although liberal sounds like a word for freedom, the Liberals want to create socialist society where government controls the people. They will start by scaring the hell out of everyone. This is what Liberal MSNBC is doing, force them to isolate at home in fear. Fear plays a crucial role when it comes to control. Then no one will want to go out and business will continue to collapse. People will keep loosing their jobs and get on welfare and government healthcare. This way people will be dependent on the government and will be in perfect position to be controlled. With the government controlling the healthcare system, they can mandate everyone receive a chip in their body, which would allow for more control, tracking, and invasion of privacy. Contact tracing is actually an invasion of privacy, which Harris believes in and will want to implement. It involves people by surprise going to your home, placing a lock on your ankle should you be exposed to COVID or contagious that will allow them to track your every step.

On the other hand, the conservatives want to open up the economy, prevent people from living in fear and put drugs out there that can fight Covid. This will allow our economy to bounce back, bring back jobs, and allow people to not be dependent on the government. Conservatives want to keep private health-care, also have healthcare for those that are not working.

Lastly, the liberals want to take more taxes from large companies that are already paying so much money in taxes. The result is common sense. Business have to make a profit. They also need workers, but if it’s too expensive for them to stay here b/c they’re being taxed like crazy, they will leave for another country and we will loose so many jobs. Allowing companies to keep most of their earnings usually means more jobs, more people working, making money and spending. This is what drives our economy.

The Liberals want to focus on the climate, which is important, but their pathetic Green New Deal involves banning airplanes, getting rid of cows , tearing down and rebuilding buildings. It will cost trillions of dollars, which will increase our taxes. Next to no thought put into it for a real strategy. We need to keep our planes, we just need to find innovative solutions to reduce toxic emissions.

The last one I want to mention here and the most radical is that Liberals want to abolish the police. This is anarchy. There are anarchists burning and looting businesses that think they’re helping the country, they bring shields and guns to the streets and shoot cops. Madness! Conservatives are more for law and order so that the citizens that live in these areas are feel safe and protected.

So to lay it out more clearly, Biden & Harris are Liberal, while Trump and Pence are Conservative. I encourage everyone that is able to vote, to check the sources, not just CNN, MSNBC or ABC, but other sources out there. Watch the Republican and Democratic Convention 2020 videos and do a comparison & remember, actions speak louder than words. Being politically correct is not going to save our country, but hearty values, words put into actions, brilliance and great leadership.

Testimony to Love and not Dictate

For as long as I can remember I always felt in my heart that God exists, but my thoughts of who He is changed throughout the years. My first experience of God’s answered prayers was when I was five years old. We were locked out of our house and as my Dad went to try to find the way of getting the spare key, it started to rain. As we were all standing underneath the eave outside in the rain, I felt a push to pray for it to stop raining so I looked up to the sky and I asked God to make it stop raining. Shortly after, it did. That could’ve been a coincidence, but interestingly, I can never forget about that moment.

My parents were Catholic and forced my siblings and I to go to church. I felt like it was a waste of my time, as I could be at home watching my favorite cartoon TV show, the Simpsons. Eventually I was forced to go to Saturday school at church for classes that would lead to being “confirmed.” I went religiously, but instead of learning, I slept in class. I never got confirmed. Actually, I stopped going. Somehow I convinced my parents to stop bringing me.

Even if I stoped and my “confirmation” didn’t happen, I still reached out to God, but not with repeated prayers or what I read from a book. It was a normal conversation. It didn’t make sense to pray in repetition it’s like talking to someone repetitively…that’s annoying, that’s not a real conversation. I kept on having conversations with the Lord for years until my freshman year in college when I started an anthropology class. I didn’t realize that my faith was dwindling and I wasn’t praying much. That same semester I met a girl named, Yanni who asked me if I know what the meaning of life was. She invited me to church and from there, I met other women and studied the Bible with them. I was so surprised at the words in the Bible. I’ve always read the King James Versions and never understood the old English, but studying with others helped make the meaning behind the words clear to me & started to gain an understanding of it.

They seemed to emphasize sin and confession and to me it seemed like I needed to submit my life to Him because I was too weak to stop myself from sinning. I started to hide myself from theses women as I felt they were pushing bible studies on me without even asking if I wanted to or not. So I ran away from them and as I continued to read the Bible, I kept seeing contradictions. I made an attempt to not turn my life over to God but looking for words that I can use to justify not following Him. Living for God in my perspective was about living a tight path with dos and don’t rules. I didn’t want to live like that. I wanted to stick to the idea that I have full control over my life, but not too long after, I realized that I don’t.

I went to University in the South Bay, but lived in the mid-Bay Area. My commute to school took about 30 minutes. For two weeks I felt that I was going to get into an accident. Every time I felt that I would pray for God to protect me. Then one morning I woke up to take a placement test at school. As I was getting ready to go, I felt a push to dress with sturdy clothes so I wore my denim jeans, a hooded sweater and most importantly, my boots with a thick sole.

As I merged into the freeway, there we’re a few cars closely surrounding me. As I turned the wheel back and forth, my car spun around with each turn. It wasn’t raining but somehow, I seemed to have lost control of my car no matter how I turned the wheel. There I was, thinking I had full control over my life. When I realized that I didn’t have any control over my car, I reached out to God, surrendered control to Him and put the protection of my life into His hands. I saw my car going straight to the tail end of a van and letting go, I prayed, “God, please protect me,” then shut my eyes.

I don’t remember feeling much after that except my car tumbling around and a heavenly embrace. All sounds disappeared around me except for the sound of chimes. When my car stopped tumbling , it landed upside down and when it stopped moving, the sounds around me came back, the traffic and everything else. I opened my eyes to shattered glass everywhere and hanging from my seatbelt upside down. I moved my legs to step on all the shattered glass on floor of the freeway. With sturdy boots, my feet were heavily protected. As soon as my feet touched the ground, I was able to release the seat belt I was hanging from.

Shortly after I got out of the car, there were people that came asking if I was ok. A man put a blanket over me to help with the shock. Eventually the paramedics came and the people that were there to help me disappeared. I don’t even remember them leaving, but as soon as the paramedics arrived, they were nowhere to be seen. I still wonder from this day if some or all where angels.

I remember being in the back of the paramedic van. There was one man in there, telling me how my condition was a miracle, that car accidents similar to the one I’ve just been in, usually result in death or in critical condition, usually an eyeball or brain left behind on the freeway.

When I got to the hospital, they tested my urine for internal bleeding. The results showed that I was completely fine. The only marks I had were tiny red dots on my hand from the broken glass and small bruises on my knee that hit the steering wheel. The doctor said it was a miracle, as did many other people involved. My car was totaled. The van that my car hit flipped to the side. The couple inside was perfectly fine. Thank God!

This was a turning point in my life. While I was on the freeway being interviewed by highway patrol, that was my first proclamation that I was going to follow Christ from now on. That moment helped me to realize that God does not want me to surrender to Him so I can live a life of do and do not, but the truth that was made clear was that He loves me and that I don’t know what’s best for me. My surrender meant God taking my hand at times I’ve gotten off the wrong path and leading me back to the path leading to life, joy, peace and love. Who am I to doubt the one that created me. He knows me more than I know myself.

Several months later, I gave my life to God through baptism & I’ve never been the same. After I got baptized, I see, feel and hear the Lord with me. I’ll never forget sitting at the park the day after and instead of my mind being filled with life’s troubles, all I could hear around me was nature: the birds singing, the water moving and the leaves swaying in the wind. That was the first time I felt God’s peace and when I stepped out of the totaled car that day, that was the first time I felt God’s love for me & my faith came that day as I realized that what the Bible says about His love for us…is the truth. His love is as a Father to His child in a pure and incorruptible way.
